Learn More About Joseph M. Bradley
As artificial intelligence transforms industries and societies at unprecedented speed, the question is no longer โwhat AI can do?โ โ now itโs โhow can AI elevate our humanity?โ
An inspiring executive showing the world how we can live in harmony with nature and technology at once is Joseph M. Bradley, chief executive officer of TONOMUS, the worldโs leading cognitive technology company and a subsidiary of Saudi Arabiaโs cutting-edge NOEM project.
With over 30 years of executive leadership experience in Silicon Valley with roles at Cisco and AT&T, as well as in the Middle East, Bradley is responsible for formulating the TONOMUS vision for and delivery of technology that will underpin NEOM,ย โthe worldโs first cognitive community.โ The city, powered by AI, is one that thinks, learns and adapts to the needs of its citizens. A visionary leader with a background in sales, marketing, finance and engineering whose business model has become the blueprint for how the energy and industrial sectors commercialize as well, Bradleyโs leadership has transformed a future-forward concept at NEOM into a rapidly growing tech company with $400M in annual revenues.
โWhen you really think about where weโve been and what weโve done as a tech community, a call to action for change becomes clear,โ explains Bradley, co-author with Don Tapscott of the highly anticipated book “You to the Power of Two: Redefining Human Potential in the Age of Identic AI (BenBella Books, December 2025). “We have to understand that once we receive real-time information, the damage is done and itโs already too late.โ
Through vivid stories that weave wisdom and humor with practical experience, Bradleyโs presentations illuminate his work designing the future with leading international technology partners. He offers guiding principles, including his three Golden Rules, for ensuring humanity as AI is centralized in business.
โAlgorithms are great at solving for efficiency, but the worldโs problems are more than just questions of efficiency. The efficient choice may not always drive the best experience for you,โ he explains. โWe as technologists have to solve for the personal experience paradigm.โ
The Human-Centric Future of AI
As machines become increasingly capable, such as with agentic AI, with many fearing a loss of humanity, creativity and individuality, Bradley sees a different future. Equipped with thought-provoking examples and practical frameworks, he challenges leaders to embrace the transformative potential of AI while safeguarding the essence of what makes us human.
โWill we harness the power of AI for a more equitable future, or will we let it shape us in ways we canโt control?โ he concludes. โThe future isnโt written. Itโs ours to create.โ

Questioneering: The New Model for Innovative Leaders in the Digital Age
(Networlding Publishing, May 2018)
"A phenomenal job of synthesizing the wisdom of experience with the reality of executives who thought they were doing the right thing but jumped to the 'predictable' solutions based on their own biases, agenda or tactical reality."
"Bradley's passion for innovation comes through on every page. Joseph Bradley's passion for getting people excited about innovation comes through on every page of this book. 'Questioneering' is easy to read even as it's full of useful and applicable information and examples. This is a practical book in which Joseph Bradley explains how decision-makers can learn to ask high-value questions that lead to innovation and competitive advantage, which are practically guaranteed to be questions other than the usual ones."
"This book does what few other books out there actually do - it presents us with valuable solutions, gives us the tools we need, and teaches us how to use them, and offers us the capabilities needed in order to get to the relevant questions and answers only few manage to see."
"Finally! A practical guide to providing breakthrough innovation. Joseph Bradley explains innovative leadership in a way that presents change as both possible and necessary. In typical fashion, he presents information in a straightforward, conversational way, with anecdotes drawn from his own life, from real corporate experience and from the popular culture that surrounds us. His take on innovation is easy to understand and starts with a remarkably simple approach: instead of changing the answers, change the questions."
"If you want to achieve real innovation, 'Questioneering' will help you do it. It is based on revising how leaders should give up an obsession with the right answers and instead think about changing the questions. Bradley positions this as responding to high-value questions, an approach that can lead to entirely new business outcomes. It starts with what Bradley calls the 3 Golden Rules, which are among the best leadership principles I have seen in a long time. "
"A path for breakthrough achievement. Wise leaders who want to challenge conventional thinking will follow the guidelines that Joseph Bradley sets out in 'Questioneering.' Bradley submits that in a world where most answers are known, value is found in knowing which questions to ask. The model that he provides gives leaders the opportunity to balance their perspective while being aware of the belief that they hold to be true, and challenging them."
